That's one I haven't tried. So many of them out there, and so many I've tried over the years. Do you recommend checking that one out?
Yeah, it's worth the visit. It is from the owners of Maure Parrilla, which is great. It is part of this trend of younger chefs opening up "back to basics" bodegóns, parrillas, etc. that focus on the classics with some slight "foodie" touches.
