I still haven't gone to Pony Line--tsk tsk tsk. I loved La Birra when I first went to the original, but when I visited the one in Villa Crespo, it just didn't do it for me. I also agree on Fat Broder and Tierra de Nadie and I think I went with you to Kyopo in Floresta.
However, I also love The Flour Store. The one I tend to order there is the Spicy Apple Pie burger. I also love the beer selection. Another place that I found and was new to me, was a burger place that is right around the corner from my favorite pace to drink beer (Bodega de Cerveza) called Burger Couple. They have their own version of a Big Mac, but I haven't tried that one. I have only gone once so I need to go back.
The Flour Store is great! For me it comes in at number 6, after San Gennaro. Really, it could be a toss-up, though very different styles of burgers. My only negative of The Flour Store has nothing to do with its burger, but that other than Saturday lunch, they're only open at dinnertime. I rarely think of burgers for dinner, unless it's a backyard cookout. For me, they're more lunch fare.
I enjoyed Burger Couple, but not at the top of the game. The burger and toppings were great, but I found the brioche buns to be too sweet for my tastes.
I hadn't known that Kyopo had closed until "kmfdsoiapdhi" commented on that. I haven't been there in a couple of years actually. A shame to lose it from what's out there.
Others that I really like that are up there in the top ten - 24th Street Burgers, Angus Brother, and Burger Mood (though haven't been to this one in a long time - should probably give it a revisit).
I just haven't, other than Kiddo, heard of or found any new spots that are worthwhile. All of the above have been around for awhile now.

Creo que kyopo cerró 😢
Gracias por avisarme - hace tiempo no me fui.
Reemplacé con San Gennaro, que era en la sexta posición antes.
